4. Pricing & Payments

  • Payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the case of pricing/stock errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders will be confirmed through email after successful payment.
  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.
  • Custom or Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges will be shown at checkout based on location and courier service.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by external factors like logistics delays, strikes, etc.
  • Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer when the product is handed over to the courier company.

7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Returns/replacements are accepted only if:

    Conditions:
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and images.
